Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://platinumdetailingfowler.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Platinum Detailing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Platinum Detailing markets and arranges Mobile Auto Detailing, Mobile Detailing, Auto Detailing Service, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Headlight Restoration, Engine Cleaning Service, Auto Detailing Company. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Platinum Detailing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Platinum Detailing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. Platinum Detailing makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Platinum Detailing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Platinum Detailing from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Platinum Detailing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
